Education Requirements:
• Honors Degree/Professional qualification including Employee Relations and Labor Law
Experience Requirements:
• 8 Years Employee Relations experience of which 3 years must be at middle management level
• The ability to carry out processes that require a command of highly specialized technical and basic research skills across disciplines, involve a range of procedures, and apply in complex, variable and specialized contexts.
