Job Description

TCC seeks to recruit Management  Trainees in Marketing, Finance and Corporate Affairs who will be part of a long term regional Development Program. Recruited candidates will be on two years extensive rotation program within JTI moving on three different assignments in three different countries to equip them with JTI experience and vast knowledge.
Main responsibility
  • Build business acumen on how JTI business operates
  • Build acumen around JTI’s financial processes and procedures
  • Be accountable for a financial sub process
  • Develop management competencies to become a future team leader
  • Work in close collaboration with respective managers in Marketing and Sales as well as regional/Branch managers in order to ensure excellence in excution and heighten problem solving and optimal cupture of lessons learnt
  • identify and recomends branding, promotional opportunities and ensures proper use and optimal placement of branded materials
Minimal requrement
  • Minimum University degree in Business studies or Finance
  • Top 10% of University graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Maximum two years experience in FMCG or similar field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Full international mobility is a must
  • Independent thinker
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Computer literate
  • English fluent, strong interpersonal skills and good working knowledge of french or Portuguese is an advantage
