Role Purpose
|
· Provide
geophysical support to the Geologists to understand all aspects of
seismic data and its interpretation and to the appraisal, development
and on-going maturation of the assets
|
|
Duties & Responsibilities
|
· Interpretation and mapping of seismic data
· Generation of maps and Structural frameworks
· Seismic attributes to guide static geo-model builds
· Providing volumetric estimates
· Risk analysis, uncertainty analysis and well planning
|
|
Software requirements
|
|
|
Key Skills
|
· Relevant experience in oil/gas industry especially in exploration, appraisal or development Geophysics
· Ability to work with a variety of geophysical datasets including 2D and 3D seismic as well as borehole geophysical data.
· Experience in exploration, appraisal or development geophysics
· Deep workstation interpretation skills
· Ability to work with geophysical data particularly the Openworks system

Educational Qualifications
|
M. Sc or M. Tech in Geo Physics
|

Licences / Certifications
|
|

Experience
|
> 5 years of relevant experience
|
