ECLOF Tanzania a well-established and fast growing church related microfinance Institution is seeking to recruit Tanzanians with verifiable testimony, dynamic and talented with drive and passion forMicrofinance development to serve in the roles below:-
Roles
The operations Manager will be the overall in charge of the organization’s operation programs projects and activities
Will be overall manager and supervisor of all staff working for t e organization’s operation
Ensure that project proposal, project narrative reports are prepared and presented to the stakeholders•
Will ensure that the Finance Department gets the relevant information, documents on a timely manner
Make sure that operations or projects are assessed, implemented, monitored and evaluated as stipulated in agreements.
Makes regular site visits for all projects, document and prepare narrative reports.
Make
sure that the organization’s values, principles methodologies, and
approaches are translated, implemented, or practiced at project, Branch
or program level; thus presenting the image of the organization.
Facilitate
the preparation of organizational development/strategic aims, strategic
and action plans, strategic partnership, advocacy, institutional and
operational sustainability plans as well as organizational development
policies.
The operation manager will be accountable to the Executive Director.
Required Qualifications
Possession of a first degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Microfinanceor Cooperative Studies required, while MBA or other relevant Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Experience in the field of microfinance for not less than five years
Computer literacy
Excellent
interpersonal relationship including ability to translate institutional
vision, mission and objectives into projects and programs
