Job Description
The duties of the Office Management Secretary are as follows:
To handle all secretarial duties and all administrative duties assigned to her by the executive.
To ensure safety of all sensitive and confidential office documents/information.
Do any other duty as directed by superior.
Qualifications/Skills Requirements
Secondary Education, form IV or VI
Two year pre-service secretarial course in a recognized institution
Typing speed of 50 w.p.m., and has attained shorthand speed of 100 w.p.m. in English or Kiswahili from a recognized institution Pass in tabulation and manuscript stage III, office practice and secretarial duties stage II
Working experience of at least five years in a similar field.
Good
organizational and team work skills with the ability to work under
pressure with minimum supervision, and good’ interpersonal skills.
Computer literate
Age: not above 35 years.
